XWAVE is a beautiful plaining yacht with 2,100 hours on the main engines. Her familiar,yet updated lines reflect over 50 years of nautical expertise and handcrafted quality. ACACIA is a 40M Sunseeker motor yacht with a tri-deck and five-cabin configuration. The full-beam primary suite on the main deck features his & hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The remaining four en-suite guest cabins are on the lower deck: two VIP suites and two twin cabins (each twin cabin can be converted to a double and have an additional Pullman berth).  The sky deck features a Jacuzzi, sit-up bar, sun pads, fitness equipment, and cooling misting systems. The dining table provides an al fresco dining option and can seat up to 10 guests when extended. The upper deck aft has a second al fresco dining table that can seat 10 guests. It leads into the upper salon with a wet bar, breakfast table, and entertainment area. Entertainment onboard features Starlink, multiple access points, DirectTV, all major streaming services, Kaleidescape, and video games. ACACIA's main deck includes a 10-person formal dining area and a large formal salon that leads out to the aft deck, where there are couches for relaxing above the swim platform.

The CAT 100 project was started in Mannheim, Germany in 2016. It was a lifelong dream of a knowledgeable sailor to build a Catamaran that he could circumnavigate the world, and spend extended periods of time in the north and south polar regions, in safety with his family and a small crew. 

He chose to have the hull built at Hage & Knapp in Germany. Hage & Knapp is recognized as one of the most advanced welding companies in Europe that builds to exacting tolerances and would follow the strict classification requirements from DNV GL. The keel was laid in 2016 with progress to continue at a pace that was comfortable with the client. In 2017, the main engines, generators, bow thruster and additional engineering components were installed and protected to ensure their safety during the build process. The global pandemic halted the project until now. 

The client has decided it is best to sell the project now, so a new owner can work with the current design team, or bring in a new design team, to complete the project to their preferences. 

Potential buyers would have the option to launch the vessel now and have it delivered to any shipyard of their choice for the completion of the project. LORIMA rigging experts has a complete rigging package available for immediate delivery for this vessel (not included in the asking price). 

The 85' NDSE is in a class of it's own.  The aluminum hull/superstructure allows for comfortable cruising in all conditions. The NDSE has completed a circumnavigation, including 45 days in Antarctica, and eight Atlantic crossings.
